The rental season for the Carriage House Barn is May 1st – October 31st. Reservations will not be accepted more than one year in advance.
Please check the association calendar to assure your date is available then contact our Association Manager: Rich Mountel – Email: richmountel@towneproperties.com or by Phone (Landline) 513-737-2404. Dates are only secured when a confirmation response is received from the management office. After confirming your date with Rich Mountel, please review and save all forms for your records then complete/sign/return the rental agreement, use agreement, and addendum “A” along with your deposit. You can drop the forms/deposit off at the Terry Gatehouse management office anytime.
Please Note – The Terry Gatehouse Adult Facility cannot be reserved for private events.
