Founded in 2011, the Winding Creek (aka) Carriage Hill Community Association serves the residents of Carriage Hill by managing the community amenities and providing planned community activities. The Carriage Hill Master Association currently includes all single-family homes including the courtyard, patio, and ranch homes in Cypress Village The Wynn’s The Enclave, and The Retreat.

• Annual HOA Dues – $1,300.00/year
• Capital Contribution Fee – $2,500.00 per home or lot transfer.

Cypress Village Community Association

Founded in 2014, the Cypress Village sub-association manages the lawn maintenance and snow removal for The Wynn’s and The Enclave residents.

• In addition to the dues shown above, the monthly maintenance fee is $210.00/month

Founded in 2020, The Retreat sub-association manages the lawn maintenance, snow removal, and water/sewer fee for The Retreat residents.

In addition to the dues shown above, the monthly maintenance fee is $220.00/month.

The Board of Directors is assisted in the management of the community by personnel from Towne Properties, an established property management company in the Cincinnati area.
